What type of moving services does your company offer?

 

 We are a full-service moving company that offers:

 

*Residential Moves

*Commercial Moves

*Loading and Unloading Services (Labor Only)

*Delivery Services

 

We move items from homes, town homes, condos, apartments, retirement or group homes, commercial offices and storage units.  

 

We can also provide you with labor only services such as having our movers professionally load your rental truck, POD or ABF trailer for you.

 


 

When should I reserve my move date?

 

Typically you will want to start getting move quotes 1 to 2 weeks before your move date.  This will allow you plenty of time to receive a few quotes and to compare them to see which mover will be the best option for you.  Once you have made your choice, book your move so you know that your day and time is secure.  
 
 During the busier days of the month (typically the first and last week of the month) dates may fill up more quickly.
 
 Are you licensed and Insured?
 
 This is the MOST important question to ask your movers.
 
Yes, we are licensed with the State of Florida (Fla Reg No IM1692), as well as with the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S. Dot #1861410) .
 
 We are fully insured and bonded with more than the state requires.
 

 Am I required to pay a deposit to secure my move date and time?
 
 No, we do not require our customers to pay a deposit on local moves.  All fees are due when the items reach their destination address.  
 


What types of payments do you accept?

 

We accept cash, money orders, cashiers checks and all major credit and debit cards.

Sorry but we do not accept personal or business checks.

 

*If you are using a credit or debit card the cardholder must be present at the time of services.

 


 What if I need to change the date or time of my move?
 
Simply call our office and our office staff will be glad to assist you in rescheduling your move for a date or time that is more convenient for you. There is never any fees.
 

 What are your business hours and what days of the week do you offer moving services?
 
Our office hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday office closed.
We provide moving services 7 days a week, there is no extra charge for weekends.
